Quality Assurance:
Every wig is carefully checked and confirmed before shipping or pickup. Customers are encouraged to inspect their items upon delivery.
Wrong Order Cases:
If we send the wrong length, wrong lace type, or wrong colour, kindly notify us within 24 hours with clear pictures or video, and we will resolve it.
No Returns For:
